Submission Terms

By submitting material (music, video, photos, scripts, or any other creative content) through our form, you agree to the following:
 

1. Ownership of Submitted Material

You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted material, or that you have the necessary permissions to share it. Submission is voluntary and at your own risk; we are not responsible for the accuracy of this confirmation or for any third-party rights related to the submitted material.
 

2. Confidentiality

We take reasonable steps to keep your submitted material confidential and will not share it with third parties without your explicit consent. However, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee against unauthorized access, technical failure, or similar unforeseeable circumstances, and we are not liable for any resulting damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
 

3. No Obligation to Use Your Material

Submitting material through this form does not, on its own, create any obligation for Wovie to use the material, collaborate with you, or provide compensation of any kind related to it. Any use of your material by Wovie will only take place under a separate, written agreement signed with you.
 

4. Independent Development

If we review your material but decide not to move forward, or do not respond, this does not prevent Wovie from independently developing or releasing a similar project or work in the future, and you will have no claim arising from this. Wovie may already be working on, or may in the future work on, similar concepts independently of your submission.

This notice does not in any way remove or diminish your legal copyright over your own work.
